Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 6 km, minigolf 5 km, sports centre 1.5 km. The bicycle cellar has a charging station for e-bikes. It is a KfW efficiency house standard 40 with geothermal energy.

The balcony with a view of the Norder Tief has an awning.
