We were told before arrival that the pool close to the apartment was closed for maintenance. There is another pool close by and ours opened after a few days. On the whole the apartment was very roomy, but, several things need addressing. The bedding supplied was of poor quality with holes in. The fitted sheets were too small for the bed and the top cover was an old duvet cover. We have stayed in many properties in the Canary Islands and always have had a change of sheets half way through the stay. This was very disappointing. Both the toilets were not fixed to the floor and some of the drawer fronts fell off. Outside on the terrace the parasol was broken. We found the front door to be difficult to open so we used the terrace door for access. Two of our family are 77 years old and believe the steps down from the terrace were in a poor state of repair and required a handrail to assist older people. We feel that the price for the apartment was excessive but if attention is paid to the maintenance, repairs and supply of better quality bedding then the price will be fair.
