We’re so glad you found us!
We currently offer a 2-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor and a 1-room apartment in the attic. Both apartments have been newly renovated and feature a wonderful view from a south-facing balcony (mountain view).
The apartments are located in a small apartment building (which we also live in ourselves), situated in a quiet yet central location near the town centre.
The “Vita Alpina” wave pool, a sunny playground, and various restaurants are all within easy walking distance (about 5–10 minutes).
You can set out on walks, hikes, bike rides, or cross-country skiing tours right from your doorstep.
Your benefit: We’re a partner business of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You’ll also have access to free bike rentals and public transport, such as regional buses and the Bavarian Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. This way, you can experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offers. Upon request, we’d be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use.

New and lovingly renovated one-room attic holiday apartment with a beautiful south-facing balcony and mountain views!
The apartment features a large room that serves as both a dining room and bedroom, including a kitchen, a small closet/storage area, and a fully equipped bathroom (there is no separate bedroom—see floor plan/photos).
Sleeping arrangements include a double bed (180x200 cm) and the high-quality living room couch (which pulls out to a 160x200 cm sleeping surface)
Thanks to the three large skylights and the south-facing balcony door, this apartment is very bright and inviting.
Blackout blinds keep the heat out in the summer.


Ruhpolding is a beautiful, spacious valley in the Chiemgau Alpine foothills. Here, you can enjoy both the peace and quiet and the many recreational activities. Whether you want to ski, cross-country ski, go for a walk, or just relax—it’s all possible, all year round.
