This family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful 4-star Bi Village resort in Fazana (Istria). The resort is right on the beach, making it ideal for families. In addition to a great, large children’s pool and a splash park, the resort also features swimming pools for swimmers. A kids’ club and entertainment programme for children, along with an entertainment programme for adults, a great playground, a wide variety of sports activities, as well as restaurants, a supermarket, a newsstand, and a bazaar, ensure an unforgettable holiday. The well-equipped beach is perfect for relaxing. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to guests. You can easily reach the centre of Fazana on foot via the seaside path. Pula, home to its landmark and main attraction—the amphitheatre—is just a few minutes’ drive from the resort.
The Prestige Relax Lodge accommodates up to 5 people (including at least 1 child under 12) and is located in a very beautiful area of the resort, the Lavanda Secret Garden. The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a loft bed and two single beds. The living area also features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, a microwave, an espresso maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a stove. The property has two bathrooms, each with a toilet, shower, sink, and hair dryer. The spacious, covered terrace with a table and chairs and a private hot tub is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Satellite TV is available. Barbecuing is permitted using a gas or electric grill. Travel time from the Croatian border is approximately 1 hour. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.

ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the- and departure dates, as well as the minimum stay for your desired season, can be found in the calendar. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The pebble beach, which borders directly on the holiday complex, features both a private beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas and a large public beach. The gently sloping beach is particularly well-suited for families with small children. Guests have access to many water sports options, such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, or the diving school. There is also a “water playground” for children. It’s the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities. You can enjoy a delicious meal in the shade at the Pineta Mare restaurant, which offers a wide variety of dishes.
POOL
Several pools, spread throughout the resort, are available to holidaymakers. Each swimming pool is connected to a children’s paddling pool. For the kids, there are water slides and fun water games. A spray park provides play and fun for the little ones. Large sunbathing areas with lounge chairs are available for relaxation.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During peak season, a team of experienced activity leaders will gently liven up your stay. Every day, sports tournaments and competitions are organised, such as football, volleyball, tennis, bocce, and many others. The entertainment team also organises light gymnastics, Pilates, aqua-gym, aerobics, and stretching. For children ages 3–6, there’s the Flinky Club; for older children, the Teen Club (ages 7–10); and for teens ages 11–15, the Junior Club. Your children will have the opportunity to take centre stage in evening performances. Every evening, the entertainment team puts on a fantastic show for you in the theatre. Those who want to stay active have a wide range of options. Football, volleyball, tennis, archery, and bocce are just a few of the possibilities.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
If you’d like to stay in shape while on holiday, you’ll be spoiled for choice. Football, bocce, archery, billiards, and volleyball are all available. You also have the option to play tennis. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied daily fitness programme that includes light gymnastics, Pilates, aqua gym, aerobics, and stretching. On the beach, you can go windsurfing, scuba diving, sailing, or rent canoes. If you’d like to go horseback riding, there’s an opportunity to do so just a few minutes away from the resort. Bicycle rentals are also available.

The resort has several shops where you can shop to your heart’s content., Whether it’s fresh groceries, everyday items, newspapers, souvenirs, beach gear, or a wine shop, you’ll find everything., If you’re in the mood for a new hairstyle, a hair salon is also available.

The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a traditional Italian espresso pot, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Shopping options are also nearby. If you’d like to treat yourself to a culinary experience, you can do so at one of the restaurants. Enjoy traditional specialities featuring excellent fish and meat, as well as Mediterranean cuisine. If you’d prefer to take advantage of half-board or full-board options, you’re welcome to book them on-site (no advance reservation is required).

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Fazana—a small fishing village that is becoming increasingly popular. During the summer months, numerous tourists now visit the town to enjoy the beautiful beach promenade. Another reason is certainly the famous Veli Brijun Islands. These are open to the public, while the other islands are partly state-owned or privately owned and are guarded. In the exotic wildlife park within the national park, located in the north of Veli Brijun Island, you can see Nile antelopes, llamas, zebras, elephants, and many other animal species. In Fazana itself, you’ll find numerous culinary delights in the various restaurants. The many colourful houses and the hospitality of the locals invite you to visit and explore Fazana and its charming streets. Those interested in antiques should definitely visit the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel or the parish church of St. Cosmas. In short, there’s something for everyone in Fazana. One of the main attractions and, at the same time, the landmark of the city of Pula is the amphitheatre, which was built under Emperor Augustus and expanded under Emperor Vespasian. It could seat about 23,000 people, making it one of the largest amphitheatres built by the Romans. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula lie several towns well worth visiting. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč, as well as Pula and Umag themselves, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historic buildings that are certainly worth seeing. Various amusement parks, such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or the Glavani Climbing Park, offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Seafood lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you’ll find all kinds of fish, prepared in countless ways. You’ll also find excellent wine in Croatia. So if you’re looking to treat yourself, this is the perfect place. There’s plenty of entertainment in the evenings, too. Croatians love festivals, music, and getting together—whether at a nightclub, on the beach promenade, or in a small alleyway. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The inland area behind the coastline offers many forests, bike paths, and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or active travellers will both find plenty to enjoy. You’ll find the famous weekly markets almost every day in Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula.
