A modern and very bright holiday apartment with a balcony offering a unique panoramic view along Hohwacht’s fine sandy beach. It’s centrally located in Hohwacht, just a few metres from the beach, restaurants, and shops. A private parking space in the underground garage and an lift are available.

The apartment is just a few metres from the Baltic Sea, so you can't only enjoy the ocean view from the balcony but also reach the beach immediately. In addition, the beach promenade runs right past the holiday home—making it the perfect base for a holiday in Hohwacht.
In addition to its proximity to the sea, shops for daily necessities, a playground, numerous restaurants, and the dog-friendly beach are all within a very short walk.

The Hohwachter Bucht Golf and Country Club is about a five-minute drive away.

The bright living room, with large windows and access to the beautiful balcony, is divided into a living area and a dining area with an adjoining kitchenette. The kitchen features a modern, open layout. In addition to a dishwasher, it includes a stove and oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and numerous other kitchen utensils. A toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle are also provided.
The dining table offers plenty of space for all guests staying at the property.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and a large TV, inviting you to relax and enjoy pleasant evenings.
The bedroom features a large double bed and is furnished for a comfortable night’s sleep (blackout curtains are available in the bedroom). A wardrobe and dressers round out the room’s furnishings.

The bathroom, which features a shower, is tiled and modernly equipped. The shower is floor-level (with only a small ledge). The vanity with a large mirror, like the rest of the room, is illuminated by ceiling spotlights and offers ample storage space. A hair dryer and a towel warmer are provided, ensuring the bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.

A washing machine is available for personal use in the kitchen. A dryer is available in the building’s basement.

None of the windows have blackout curtains.
