All wooden chalet. Very easy to access. Garage for 2 cars. Breathtaking view of the valley, positioned in a dead end makes it particularly relaxing. Very easy to access, the chalet has 2 car access points, one to access directly behind it and the other to access the garage.
This residence has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine available, but also garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
The living room is equipped with free and unlimited broadband internet with WIFI, a television with TNT decoder, DVD player and a stereo.

Idéal pour se ressourcer en famille

Quelle surprise à notre arrivée de découvrir la vue imprenable sur les environs. Pas de voiture pas de bruit à part celui des clarines. Le chalet est confortable et vastt! On s’y sent comme à la maison ! Nous étions 3 générations de la même famille et chacun y a trouvé son compte. L’accueil était parfait.

Chalet parfait pour des vacances au calme.

La localisation du chalet est idéale pour les amoureux de randonnée qui aiment aussi de temps en temps se baigner. Les nombreuses plages du lac d'Annecy ne sont pas loin. Le chalet est confortable, fonctionnel et très bien orienté. Le calme du quartier a comme seul inconvénient l'absence de commerces dans les environs immédiat. Nous avons passé avec nos enfants de très bonnes vacances dans ce chalet à la vue magnifique !
