Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment. A private parking space is located right next to the house. Bicycle storage is available in the garage. We look forward to welcoming you! The approximately 90-square-meter apartment features 2 bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen-living room with a corner bench is fully equipped with a stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment; coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, microwave, and kitchen utensils. A cosy living room with a spacious couch and flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, and double sink with a large mirror cabinet. There is also a separate toilet. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 10.00 EUR per pet per night. A baby cot can be provided upon request (free of charge).
