Beach Holiday: Family-friendly, modern holiday home for up to 5 people with a large garden

Location:
The "Hus Dree" half of the holiday home (built in 2020) is located in St.-Peter-Ording, in the popular Böhl area. The town’s dike and dune landscape are within walking distance, as is the historic town centre with its many shopping options and restaurants.

Amenities
The approximately 85-square-meter holiday home features a fresh, modern design and offers space for up to 5 people across three levels.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living-dining area with a wood-burning stove and TV.
Enjoy a family dinner, a hearty holiday breakfast, or fun game nights at the large dining table.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, oven, ceramic cooktop with 4 burners, range hood, filter coffee maker (filter size 4), microwave, electric kettle, and a toaster.

From the living area, you have access to the large terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair, as well as a fantastic view of a large, mature garden.
A utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a separate bathroom, round out the amenities.

A closed wooden staircase leads to the ground floor, which features a master bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200) and another bedroom with two narrow single beds. Another staircase leads to the converted attic, which features another narrow single bed and a play area for the little ones.
The large, stylishly designed shower room offers a relaxing shower, a sink, and a toilet.

Special features:
In our smoke-free holiday home, we provide free Wi-Fi (fibre optic). A parking space and a bike shed are available right next to the house.
A gas grill is available at the property; however, a gas cylinder is not provided on-site.

An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked as part of this reservation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.

Ich war sehr begeistert von der Küchenausstattung, wirklich alles da bis zu Küchenwaage und Handmixer. Was mir gefehlt hat, waren die in der Hausbeschreibung angegeben DVD- und CD-Player. Da bitte ich, doch bei der Wahrheit zu bleiben. Etwas befremdlich fand ich, dass es für drei Fernseher im Haus nur eine Fernbedienung gab. Insgesamt aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle!
