Accommodation description:
Modernly furnished holiday home near the centre of Leogang with beautiful mountain views. You occupy the right 2/3 part of the house with space for 14 people over 3 floors, ideal for families or friends. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and wood-burning stove and gives direct access to the south-facing garden. In the basement is a sauna, relaxation room, washing machine and ski storage. There is no door connecting the accommodations

Do you love winter sports? Then a stay in this holiday home is highly recommended! Just 200 metres from the holiday home, the free ski bus departs, taking you quickly to the Steinbergerbahn (4.1 km) or the Asitzbahn (5.5 km).

Leogang is located in the beautiful ski area of Saalbach Hinterglemm Fieberbrunn Leogang with 270km of slopes and has a connection to the ski area of Zell am See and Kaprun with 138km of slopes. You can cross-country ski right when you step out the door. Leogang is centrally located, taking you to Zell am See and Kaprun in no time.

An extensive range of shops can be found in nearby Saalfelden. In summer, you can enjoy hiking in Leogang and its surroundings and the various lifts offer a base for a nice day in the mountains. For mountain bikers, there is the Bike Park in Leogang, with challenging trails for all levels
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
