Fantastische ligging, ouder appartement

Het appartement heeft een fantastische ligging. Zo aan het strand. Prachtig uitzicht. Van binnenis het appartement erg gedateerd, een aantal dingen werken niet. Je kan de gordijnen niet dichtdoen omdat de rails verroest zijn, je kan de pannen amper gebruiken want ze zijn allemaal oud en gekrast en bakken aan. Het water van de douche loopt niet goed door. Nergens verlichting aan het plafond. Alleen lampen via stopcontact. Geen smart tv. Verder van binnen qua inrichting wel redelijk goed.

Logement ok mais pas le SAV interhome

Séjour de 6 jours. A notre arrivée, le volet de la baie vitrée du salon était HS. La réparation du volet n'a eu lieu qu'après 4 jours, , nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la vue qu'offrait de logement. Ce qui est à déplorer c'est les services de l'agence Interhome d'Arcachon qui a loué ce logement en connaissance de cause avec cette panne. Le logement était clairement sale, avec en plus le sac de linge sale des clients du séjour précédent. Réclamation en cours

Superbe logement idéalement situé

Appartement avec une vue splendide sur le bassin, direct sur la plage, à quelques minutes à pied de tous les commerces. L'intérieur est très bien agencé, très bien équipé. Deux places de parking privé sur place, un luxe très apprécié sur Arcachon ! Rien à redire. A recommander vivement

Vue exceptionnelle

Appartement fonctionnel et propre Déco vieillissante qui mériterait un rafraîchissement mais on oublie vite ce détail dès qu'on se pose sur la terrasse et qu'on l'on a cette vue magnifique. Code accès portillon(fermé le soir) et accès direct plage non communiqué ce qui nous oblige à ouvrir le grand portail à chaque fois.
