The Carmen holiday rental (88 m²) is located on the ground floor of the apartment building and features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a guest bathroom, and a bathroom.
It has its own entrance, is very spacious, and can accommodate 2–4 people.
There is a parking space for your vehicle right in front of the house. Behind the house, there is a covered bike rack available for your bikes.
You can relax in the large garden with a barbecue area.
Short distances to public transport, plenty of outing options (hiking, biking, boat tours, castles, and city sightseeing), and great local dining offer plenty of variety.



2-bedroom holiday rental:

Located in the small, romantic village of Spay on the Middle Rhine is this spacious (approx. 88 m²), well-equipped holiday rental for 2–4 people.
The apartment includes:
- a living room with an 80 cm flat-screen TV, a DVD player with a selection of films, a mini stereo system with radio, CD, and MP3 players, a reading nook with German-language books, board games, and a dining area for 4 people

- two bedrooms
The two bedrooms are connected by a door (which is lockable). The bed in the second bedroom is 1.40 m wide.
Initial bedding is provided and included in the rental price; the beds are made. Additional pillows and blankets are available upon request

- a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker with matching filters, and a Dulce Gusto coffee maker
You’ll also find a cosy breakfast nook for two people in the kitchen

- a very large bathroom with a separate shower and tub, sink, toilet, washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent, and a hair dryer are provided.
An initial supply of towels is provided and included in the rental price



On-site costs: Stress-free holiday & save money! During their stay, we offer our guests the VRM guest ticket for free use of public transport in the VRM region (northern Rhineland-Palatinate) and part of Hesse. This eliminates the often complicated process of buying train tickets from vending machines and also spares you the often tedious search for parking. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Bread roll service: Upon request (for a fee), the local bakery delivers fresh breakfast rolls Monday through Saturday; please contact me to place an order. Children up to 2 years old can stay for free in their parents’ bed or in a cot, which we provide for a fee.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
