Haus am See - Holiday home, shower and bathtub, lake view

Quiet holiday home with direct access to the lake.
This spacious holiday home, which spans a total of three levels, is located on a lakeside lot with its own swimming dock. The furnished terrace faces the lake. You can swim directly from the property.
The house has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The third bed is located under the roof and is a cosy little nest. A smart TV is available; Netflix and other streaming services can be used.
The house has a 290 Mbit connection. Garden loungers for sunbathing are available.
There is also a garage on the property where bicycles and other items can be stored.
A guest apartment attached to the house is permanently rented out. It is located on the other side of the house. As a guest, you have exclusive use of the lake and its swimming facilities.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
We provide drinks such as water free of charge. If you’d like to find a beer or some wine in the refrigerator, please feel free to let us know.
Bicycles are available for rent. We partner with a local bike rental company for this. They’ll deliver the bikes directly to the holiday home so you can start cycling right away.
Pets are allowed.

This spacious holiday home is ideal for a family or group of 6 people. It features three bedrooms (2 double beds, 180 cm; 1 double bed, 160 cm) as well as two bathrooms—one of which has a bathtub—and a guest bathroom. From the large bedroom upstairs and the bathroom, you can enjoy a stunning view of the lake.
In the attic, there is an additional living area and sleeping space on a loft.
A kitchen with a dining area and an additional dining room invite you to cook and eat together in a cosy atmosphere. The living room features a smart TV, an Xbox, and a PlayStation.
If it’s a bit chilly by the lake, you can enjoy a sauna session in the sauna located upstairs.



On-site fees: Dogs are welcome free of charge by arrangement.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
