Ein sehr schönes Haus, ideal für zwei Personen (ggf. mit zwei Kindern), mit guter Ausstattung (Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer, Terrasse) und einem sehr schönen Garten. Für mehr als zwei Erwachsene könnte es zu bestimmten Zeiten etwas eng werden, da das Hauptbad in der Dachschräge nur begrenzt Platz bietet und das Badezimmer im Untergeschoss (im Saunabereich) ausschließlich mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet ist.

Sehr ruhige Lage, insgesamt schönes Haus, allerdings wurde beim Bau und der Ausstattung eher auf Schönheit als auf Praktikabilität geachtet. Für Urlaub mit Kleinkindern eher weniger geeignet (die Fenster z.B. haben keine Außenrolladen o.ä., nur Plissees und dünne Gardinen. Dadurch ist es abends noch sehr hell zum Einschlafen und morgens bereits sehr zeitig hell in den Zimmern.)
