There is a sleeping area in the living room with a sofa bed, two places (1,30mx1,90m). All beds have pillows (0,60mx0,60m). All rooms have a desk or a folding table to read or write. For your baby there is a cot (0,55mx1,10m) and the corresponding mattress in a closet; a barrier can prevent young children from down the steps. Another barrier can be placed at the bottom of the staircase

Notes
- Table for five people in the kitchen; Table 10 to 12 people in the living room. Very large partly shaded terrace with barbecue, garden tables, 12 armchairs, deck chairs, and very nice view of the mountains. The cottage is located on a site accessible to tenants but not private 5000 m2 planted with trees spaced. Private covered garage for one car, the fifth from the bottom. Outdoor collective parking of ten places including three reserved for housing; park at defined locations on a map provided to tenants.

Chalet located at 1500 m altitude on the road between the village of Orcières (distance 1 km, altitude 1450 m) and the ski resort of Merlette (distance 3 km, altitude 1850 m, large free parking), some activities are practiced at the leisure base (altitude 1400m., free parking). It is 3 km from the chalet. A free coach service links the chalet to the resort, the village and the leisure center during the ski season; he has a stop in front of the chalet.
It is located 35 km from Gap (train station, capital of the Hautes Alpes), 90 km from Sisteron, 130 km from Grenoble (TGV station, capital of Isère), 190 km from Valence and 'Aix, 220 km from Lyon. Coach services exist between Grenoble station and the station and between Gap station and the station on winter Saturdays and days of great departure; the opposite route is planned on the corresponding Sundays and major return days.
