Ein gemütliches Haus, das gut ausgestattet ist. Bis zur Badestelle ist es nicht weit, herrlich ruhig gelegen. Zum Einkaufen und den näheeen Restaurants sind es mit dem Auto 10 Minuten.

Möglichst objektive Bewertung :Das Haus ist architektonisch absolut top und in der Bauausführung äußerst exakt gearbeitet. Bei der Planung hat man aber zwei wichtige Details nicht beachtet. Das Dach ist weder wärme- noch geräuschgedämmt. Wir mussten wetterbedingt beide Nachteile erleiden. Am Ankunftstag herrschte Hitze und es war unmöglich, das Schlafzimmer im OG unter dem Dach wegen unerträglicher Temperaturen zu zu nutzen. Im ÜG war es ebenfalls sehr, sehr warm, da es keine Zwischendecke gibt.Den anderen Nachteil wegen fehlender Dämmung bekamen wir in den folgenden zwei Nächten und Tagen zu spüren. Schon der leichteste Regen war wegen des Trapezblechdaches zu hören. Da aber aber an den zwei folgenden Tagen und Nächten Starkregen unaufhörlich auf das Blechdach trommelte, war an schlafen nicht zu denken und auch tagsüber waren die trommelnden Geräusche nahezu unerträglich. Eine nachträgliche Dämmung scheint dringend anezeigt. Das ansonsten gemütliche Ferienhaus ist nur bedingt für 6 Personen geeignet, da es nur 4 Essplätze hat . In der Beschreibung fehlt der Hinweis, dass sich das Haus inmitten einer Ferienhaus- Siedlung befindet. Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst bescheiden und gerade noch ausreichend.Die Sauberkeit war auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung, aber in den Ecken, hinter den Nachtschränken, an den Fußleisten und unter den Betten hat man Schmutz bei der Reinigung übersehen.Fazit :Für das Niveau ist der hohe Preis keinesfalls gerechtfertigt.
