Small cozy house in the countryside

A great way to spend quiet nights in the countryside. Go for a walk and discover the nearby locations, whether Gelnhausen, Büdingen or a trip to the Bad Orb thermal baths. There is plenty to experience.
There is plenty of space to sleep and live, thanks to 135 m². A large couch in the living room with TV, soundbar and a fireplace make every evening cozy. If you can still play the piano, a musical finale will leave you with fond memories.

Admittedly, the building does not look beautiful from the outside.

But inside you have the feeling of being able to retreat. It is perfect for a small family, as the layout of the rooms is not too large.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, bath, two sinks, BD and toilet. Both bedrooms have a double bed and storage space for travel clothes. In the hallway of the upper floor is a cozy corner for reading, with a view of the wild garden, which still needs some work on my part. But everything step by step...
On the lower floor, opposite the entrance, you will find a small checkroom and the entrance to the 2nd bathroom, where the washing machine, shower, toilet and a washbasin are located, the shelving system above the washing machine is used for shoe storage.
The kitchen can be found to the left of the entrance, it is large and offers the possibility for many people to cook together. A small fold-out corner table with four chairs forms a cozy end when the food is cooked.
If you walk from the kitchen along the long corridor past the window front, there is a large living area in the form of a green velvet couch, opposite which the TV with sound system provides a central view.
The best spot for cold people is the closed wood-burning stove. If you walk around the wall, you will find the piano and armchair on the other side.
