Haus Bernstein apartment 12: bright and cozy 2-room apartment with balcony

This bright and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 54 m²) on the 2nd floor is fully furnished, and all the floors in the apartment are tiled.

This apartment guarantees you a carefree and relaxing holiday. Start your day with a cosy breakfast in the morning sun on the balcony, overlooking the historic train station and the lovingly chugging steam locomotive “Molli” …!

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we’re happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The very spacious, light-filled, and cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; and various cabinets and shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 4 m² sunny and partially covered balcony (facing southeast) with a beach chair and patio furniture.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a nightstand, a spacious wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat rack or shoe cabinet in the apartment’s hallway.

On the lower level of the apartment complex, a beautiful on-site sauna with a relaxation room is available to you for a small fee.

A (coin-operated) washing machine in the basement is available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the property. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
