Uns Strandhus WE 11: tastefully furnished 3-room apartment close to the beach

This bright, welcoming, and spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 74 m²) spans two floors, offers a high degree of functionality, and is fully furnished. The ground floor is fully tiled, and the flooring in the two bedrooms on the ground floor is vinyl design flooring.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 5 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway with its coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The cosy and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with chairs, a sideboard, and various shelves and cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 12 m² sun terrace (south-facing) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a Bluetooth speaker, a stereo system with radio and CD player, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and spacious first bedroom (on the 1st floor) is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, and a chest of drawers, and features an additional TV.

The separate second bedroom (on the ground floor) features a comfortable bunk bed for two people, nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The pull-out sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth person.

The bright and inviting bathroom (on the 1st floor) with natural light from a window features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

In addition, the ground-floor apartment has a separate guest bathroom as well as a separate storage room for suitcases and luggage.

A child safety gate is installed on the upper floor to securely block off the stairwell from small children.

At the rear of the apartment complex is a large lawn where guests can relax, which is available for use by all guests.

If needed, a laundromat is available near your holiday apartment (approx. 250 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car free of charge in an underground parking space assigned to your apartment (maximum clearance height 2.00 m!) in the building’s basement; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks at the back of the property or together with your car in your assigned parking space in the underground garage. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
