Res. Wischuer WE 15: modern and spacious 2-room apartment with conservatory

This very attractive and modern 2-room apartment (approx. 52 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living areas feature high-quality vinyl flooring, while the sunroom and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate up to 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The inviting and spacious living/dining area features a separate seating area with a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch, a comfortable recliner with a footstool, a coffee table, and a bookshelf. From the living room, you have access to the large, light-filled sunroom (facing south) with an additional seating area consisting of two armchairs, a two-seater bench, and a dining table. Here you can sit back and relax with a view of the greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine! The apartment also features a sunny, south-facing terrace measuring approximately 4 m².

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern 70-inch HDTV, a radio, and a small selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen area includes a modern built-in kitchen unit with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (2x90x200), nightstands, and a very spacious closet. Additional blackout curtains on the windows ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The spacious bathroom features a shower with a low (senior-friendly!) entry and a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and ample storage space.

You can hang your jackets on the coat rack in the apartment’s entryway.

From 1 September through May 31, a small wellness area in the basement of the apartment complex is available to you free of charge, featuring a sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool, a rain shower, and a relaxation room. These are perfect for relaxing and warming up after a brisk walk on the beach.

Shared washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the apartment complex and can be used free of charge by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (some of which are carports) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks in front of the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a local bike rental shop if you’re interested. Upon request, we’ll be happy to have the bikes delivered and picked up for you.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor areas for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
