The entryway, featuring a mirror and an open wooden cabinet for storage, serves as the foyer that leads to all the rooms and is integrated into the kitchen. From here, you can quickly access the bright, inviting bathroom with a 90x120 cm walk-in shower, a mirror cabinet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. The bathroom is equipped with a bath mat and towels. There are two double bedrooms in the apartment, one of which can be converted into a twin room. There’s plenty of space in the closets, a desk, and several seating areas—maybe even room for your yoga mat. The inviting kitchen is perfect for cooking together and enjoying each other’s company. In the summer, you can relax outside on the large rooftop terrace, which features seating for six with a large table and chairs. The view offers a charming panorama of the river valley or the apartment’s own garden. Your kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, complete with dishes, glasses, and a basic supply of groceries—so you’ll feel right at home from the very first minute. Parking, use of the outdoor dining area, and Wi-Fi are free. Bedding and towels are included. Located 800 metres from the Inn River and the Austrian border, the “Altes Zollhaus” holiday rental is situated in a quiet area with an outdoor dining area. The Inn Cycle Path runs right past the property, offering countless opportunities for bike rides as well as motorcycle tours. A golf paradise with 20 courses, all within 25 km, as well as 1 casino and 4 thermal baths, all within 18 km. For art and history lovers, there’s an inexhaustible wealth of attractions dating all the way back to the Stone Age. There are also castles and palaces, such as Esterhàzy Palace right in town, or Burghausen—the longest castle in the world—to name just a few. You should definitely set aside a whole day to explore Passau Cathedral and the city of Passau itself. Salzburg is also conveniently located for a day trip. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person upon arrival or via a key safe. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 10.00 EUR per night per pet. A security deposit of 100.00 EUR must be paid in cash upon arrival. Bed linens, towels, use of the garden, free Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the price.
