Accommodation with three bedrooms - ideal for long-term tenants

Charming holiday rental on the ground floor of a historic building. There is a small outdoor seating area in the courtyard. This lovingly furnished holiday rental in the Old Town Hall is located in the tranquil village of Herrentierbach, which has a population of about 300. It combines historic charm with modern living comfort and was extensively renovated in 2025. Warm shades of red give the rooms a particularly cosy atmosphere.
The apartment can accommodate up to five people. You’ll have access to three bedrooms—including a romantic four-poster bed for heavenly nights—a spacious kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also an additional toilet in the hallway.
There is no separate living room. Instead, the cosy kitchen-living area, furnished with two comfortable armchairs and a TV, invites you to relax, read, or enjoy a TV night together.
The holiday rental is located on the ground floor above the office of the Hohenlohe rental agency. In the courtyard, wooden benches invite you to wind down at the end of the day—whether with an after-work beer, a glass of wine, or simply in the peaceful atmosphere under the open sky. Two free parking spaces are available right next to the accommodation.
Thanks to its spacious layout and comfortable amenities, the apartment is also ideal for longer stays. We’d be happy to provide you with a customised quote for this. The apartment in the town hall is located in the centre of Herrentierbach, a small town with approximately 370 residents.

Bed linens: 18€ per person

One-time fee of 35€ per dog travelling with you. One dog is allowed in this house. Please specify the number when making your reservation.
The holiday rental may only be occupied by the previously agreed-upon number of people (including babies and toddlers). You must coordinate with the agency if additional people are staying in the holiday home during the day. The minimum rental period for all guests is always 3 nights. The minimum rental period also applies to guests staying at the property on a temporary basis. A reduction in the number of guests after the contract has been concluded will not result in a change to the rental price.

Pets:
may only be brought along in the number specified in advance, subject to approval by the rental agency and for a fee. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed on the bed, sofa, or armchair. Dog feces in the garden and around the holiday property must be picked up. We ask that you vacuum the property before your departure to remove pet hair (leave it swept clean).
For technical reasons, it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the holiday rental’s electrical supply. The system is not designed for this purpose, and doing so could result in a fire.
We charge a EUR 20 processing fee for any subsequent changes to the contract.
We reserve the right to charge a security deposit of 500€ for rentals to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days upon checkout, provided there are no issues. If you intend to use the house for commercial purposes, you must inform us of this.
