Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war sogar mehr und besser als üblich (in der Küche z.B. Tupperdosen für Ausflüge, Kakaopulver, Gewürze sowie Backpapier bereits vorhanden), zusätzlich gab es eine Vielzahl an Büchern, Spielen und sogar Malsachen. Kleine Anmerkung: keine Mikrowelle vorhanden - hat uns nicht gestört, ist uns aber aufgefallen. Die Betten und das Sofa waren sehr bequem. Wichtig: Man muss zu Fuß in den zweiten Stock.
