The house is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, so you won’t be disturbed by the noise of everyday life. Thanks to the elegant hardwood floors and the tastefully arranged furnishings, you’ll experience a sense of well-being like no other. On the ground floor of your home lies the heart of the house: your cosy and luxurious living and dining area. The open kitchen features stylish decorative tiles that add to the holiday atmosphere. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for effortless self-catering during your holiday. Your dining area is situated right by the window overlooking the terrace, and the comfortable sofa set invites you to spend convivial or dreamy hours indoors. From here, you can step out onto your large south/west-facing terrace, where an evergreen hedge provides privacy as you enjoy the sun. A beach chair and garden furniture are provided for your use. An elegantly designed bathroom with natural light and a floor-to-ceiling shower is located on the ground floor, while another elegantly tiled shower room is on the ground floor of the house. Upstairs, you’ll find two bright bedrooms that offer a restful night’s sleep in comfortable box-spring beds. Spacious closet units are available for your holiday wardrobe. A charming little feature is the stylishly designed writing or work nook on the same floor, where you can write your holiday postcards while enjoying the view out the window. On the top floor, there is another separate bedroom with a large box-spring bed, where—thanks to the skylights—you can always see the sky above Sylt.

Dogs are allowed only upon request, provided they are hypoallergenic breeds such as Poodles or Labradoodles.
