Vor Ihrer Anreise haben wir Sie ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass im Dorf Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Sie haben dem Aufenthalt trotz dieser Information zugestimmt. Während Ihres Aufenthalts haben Sie uns keine Beschwerden mitgeteilt.
Dennoch haben wir uns entschieden, Ihnen den kompletten Betrag zu erstatten – obwohl Sie drei Nächte bei uns verbracht haben. Auf unsere anschließende Nachfrage haben wir leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
