Holiday Home Amid the Vineyards of Bakovcica<br><br>Our holiday home, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, is charmingly situated in the heart of nature among the vineyards of Bakovcica<br>on the outskirts of the county seat of Koprivnica in northern Croatia.<br>A visit to the town of Koprivnica will be full of surprises. Beautiful alleys with authentic<br>shops, a colourful town market, a lively town square with sunny cafés and terraces, as well as<br>parks where there’s always something to do. The monumental buildings from the Austro-Hungarian Empire are<br>another highlight of a varied visit.<br>A beautiful area for hiking, outdoor activities, and cycling enthusiasts.<br>The lounge chairs by the pool offer a beautiful view of the Drau River. The pool measures<br>7x3.5 metres and is a maximum of 1.50 metres deep. On cooler evenings, enjoy the romance of a campfire around<br>the fire pit in the garden. For our younger guests, in addition to toys inside the house, the garden features a<br>treehouse as well as a climbing frame with a swing and slide for playing.<br>A spacious terrace in front of the living area, furnished with cosy patio furniture, invites you to linger.<br>An outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, hot plate, grill, and seating is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.<br><br> The holiday home can accommodate up to 7 guests in 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two<br>pull-out single beds that convert to a double. An additional sleeping space is available in the living area<br>on the sleeper sofa.<br>The fully air-conditioned living area features a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove<br>oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and toaster<br>. In case of bad weather, an Android TV with IPTV (2,400<br>channels) is available in the living room. The holiday home features state-of-the-art technology; Wi-Fi and W-Lan<br>are available for unlimited use. On colder days, you can relax by the fireplace.<br>The holiday home features a modern, spacious bathroom on the ground floor with a tub, bidet, toilet<br>, and washing machine. An additional separate toilet is available on the upper floor.<br>The upper floor also features the holiday home’s private sauna.<br>A contact person is available on-site to assist you in Croatian, English, and German with advice and<br>practical help.<br>During peak season, the minimum stay is 5 nights; during the off-season, it is 2<br>nights. The listed rental price is based on the maximum occupancy of 7 people.
