Wohnung ist insgesamt ok

+ Wohnung wird von einer Immobilienfirma vermietet. Kaution wurde zurückerstattet + Haus ist von aussen und innen renoviert und hat gute Fenster + Gigantische Aussicht vom Balkon + allgemein ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, kaum Autoverkehr + WLAN Signal ist gut ° der Parkplatz ist sehr klein. Einparken immer eine Herausforderung. ° Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind sauber und die Einrichtung ok. - Küche und Bad könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. - Morgens krähen einige Hähne in der Umgebung
