Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön mit tollem Blick auf das Wattenmeer. Das Haus in dem die Wohnung ist, ist eine absolute Bausünde. Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist Recht bieder. Vermieter und Verwalter sind nicht gerade freundlich.
