Wir hatten eine Buchungsbestätigung und den kompletten Betrag bereits überwiesen. Als wir ankamen, war die Unterkunft belegt, und wir mussten uns eine teure Alternative suchen.Das einzig Gute war, dass der Vermieter unsere Zahlung sofort zurück gebucht hat.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Wir möchten uns aufrichtig entschuldigen – durch einen einmaligen Fehler in der Buchungssynchronisation wurde die Unterkunft fälschlicherweise doppelt vergeben. Das ist unter normalen Umständen technisch ausgeschlossen und passiert bei uns sonst nicht. Die Rückzahlung des vollen Betrags haben wir selbstverständlich sofort veranlasst. Wir verstehen, dass die Situation sehr ärgerlich war, und arbeiten laufend daran, solche Einzelfälle durch zusätzliche Systemprüfungen künftig vollständig auszuschließen.
