Located on a quiet side street in the immediate vicinity of the Greetsiel
twin windmills, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic town and the harbour
. The 78-square-meter apartment spans the ground floor and the
attic of a building completed in 2016. You enter the apartment through
a hallway, which leads to the bedroom with its 1.8 m x 2 m double bed and the
bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower. From the hallway, you enter the
23-square-meter living and dining area. Adjacent to the dining area, separated by a
sliding door, is the fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the standard appliances (glass-ceramic cooktop,
oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator with freezer compartment), you’ll also find other
useful appliances such as a coffee pod machine and microwave, as well as a
washing machine. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. A wooden staircase leads from the living/dining area to the attic. There you’ll find two additional single beds. As a special feature, there is an additional bathroom in the attic. The entire apartment is tiled, with some areas featuring a wood-look finish. Electric roller shutters and underfloor heating ensure a
comfortable atmosphere. A lockable
bike shed with charging capabilities for e-bikes is available for your bicycles. You can enjoy your
holiday with your car parked in the apartment’s private parking space in front of the house. Unfortunately, pets are
not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. A travel cot
and a high chair are provided free of charge upon request, as is
a stair gate in the attic.
