Nice home in Olpenitz with sauna
The Traumfänger holiday home is surrounded by water on a narrow headland in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, with the sailing and sports boat harbour on one side and the idyllic Schlei Baltic Sea fjord on the other. Whether in the living area, bedroom or wellness area, this holiday home offers sea views and boasts high-quality furnishings, modern fittings and two large terraces.
A spacious living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the terrace with a panoramic view of the marina welcomes you to this holiday home. A wood-burning stove provides a particularly cosy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living/dining room and provides absolute holiday comfort. The home entertainment programme provides entertainment.
On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms with water views, one facing the harbour and one facing the Schleis. The fully equipped bathroom with relaxing whirlpool bath and view of the Schlei provides wellness moments on this level.
On the top level of the holiday home there is a gallery with a breathtaking view over the marina, the Schlei and the Baltic Sea resort. In addition to an extra living room, this level offers a comfortable sofa bed and additional sleeping space for two people. A Finnish sauna with adjoining shower provides an all-round wellness programme. The gallery's roof terrace perfects the relaxation experience, offering all-day sun and harbour cinema as well as an unobstructed view of the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea.
A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.
The holiday home Traumfänger is one half of the house. Two car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. There is also a charging station for your electric car. Bicycles can be conveniently stored in your own bicycle shed in front of the house.
Our favourite spot: admiring the starry sky from the roof terrace after an evening sauna session.
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
