Beautiful apartment in Olpenitz

Just a few metres from the Weidefeld sandy beach and the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday property boasts a central location, a fantastic view of the water and maritime furnishings in a driftwood look. You can enjoy the morning and evening sun on two terraces. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.



Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth: an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool bathtub invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach.



Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or a romantic candlelit dinner at sunset.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast in the morning sun on the east-facing terrace, pure holiday feeling.



Indoor entertainment is also provided by WLAN and Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme.



Both bedrooms have access to the east-facing terrace. And if you wake up early and well-rested on holiday, you can watch picture-perfect sunrises on the adjoining terrace. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with home entertainment programmes.



Underfloor heating, whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort at any time of year.



There is a private car park and bicycle shed in front of the house.



The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor.



Our favourite place: After a long walk on the beach, enjoy a wellness session and then relax on the cosy sofa in front of the water.

Danke aber nicht noch mal

Es war ok. Viele Sachen ließen zu wünschen übrig. Lage eher ungemütlich. Dicht an dich ein Haus und es war eher eine kleine Stadt mit wenig Attraktionen nur einem teurem Edeka. Haus war ok. Viele Mängel, die wir gleich adressiert hatten und wir hatten das Glück, das wirklich nebenan gebaut wurde, worauf in den AGBs allerdingshingewiesenwurde. Wir haben Samstag für Sonntag gebucht und natürlich wie erforderlich und ausgewiesen, sofort den gesamten Betrag überwiesen. Dieser wurde uns allerdings nicht angerechnet, als wir einchecken wollten, da die Banken verständlich Wochenends nicht arbeiten. Auch mit Nachweis keine Chance. Der Betrag plus 300 Euro Kaution, wie bekannt, wurden noch mal auf der KK geblockt. Die Dame beim Check in war bemüht, hat oder konnte mir allerdings meine Fragen nicht beantworten und sagte immer wieder es steht alles in der Beschreibung drin und war wenig persönlich. Meine Bitte, dass doch bitte weiter gegeben werden solle, dass kurzfristige Bucher dann eine Info bekommen, das Geld nicht zu überweisen und vor Ort zu bezahlen, wies sie ab und sagte, es stünde so drin, was nicht stimmt, da man schriftlich separat aufgefordert wird den Betrag zu überweisen. In der Wohnung selbst sah man, dass schnell und billig gebaut wurde. Kabellage im Schlafzimmer, deckenleuchte baumelte, schrankknöpfe griffen nicht in der schraube und vielen runter, der Küchentisch, so wie er steht eine Katastrophe, ich habe mir mindestens 3x das Knie und Bein angestoßen. Ecken und Fugen im Bad waren dreckig, Naja wir hatten eine Woche "Auszeit", einige spots an der Ostsee, wenn man etwas mit dem Auto rausfährt, waren wunderschön.

Gerne möchten wir allerdings darauf hinweisen, dass in allen Dokumenten, die bezüglich der Zahlung im Vorhinein an Sie gesendet worden, zwei mal darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass eine Überweisung bis maximal 5 Tage vor Anreise stattfinden kann. Toller Park in der Entstehung

Leider wurden uns Schäden vorab nicht genannt und der Check in ist nicht optimal gelöst. Ansonsten schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Da der Park in der Entstehung ist muss man mit dem Baulärm leben.

Erholsamer Urlaub!

Die Wohnung war kompett ausgestattet und ermöglichte, auch aufgrund der ansprechenden Lage, einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung war, bis auf kleine Mängel (Staub auf Oberflächen), gut. Die Wohnung machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Wir werden das Objekt weiter empfehlen.
