Yacht view on the Baltic Sea. This modern holiday apartment in an exposed location on the Baltic Sea offers a spectacular view of the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Spacious living space, ground floor level, high-quality equipment and modern furnishings are equally impressive. Equipped with a large sun terrace, sauna, wood-burning stove and two bathrooms, this holiday apartment offers luxury at any time of year.

Located on the north pier of OstseeResort Olpenitz, on a narrow spit of land in the middle of the Baltic Sea, this special holiday accommodation is surrounded by water. The interior design of this holiday apartment is natural and clear, deliberately simple with natural materials, clear shapes and muted colours.



The spacious and light-flooded living/dining area is the focal point of the holiday apartment and features floor-to-ceiling windows, a cosy seating area and a large dining table, all set against a spectacular water backdrop. The open-plan kitchen offers everything a chef's heart desires in terms of high-quality technology and equipment. Directly adjacent to the living/dining area is the large terrace with all-day sun. In the immediate vicinity of the water and with a harbour backdrop, you can relax and unwind here. Two bedrooms offer space for up to four adults.



In addition to a walk-in shower, the main bathroom also offers a personal spa programme, as the large Finnish sauna provides wellness moments.

The holiday apartment has a second shower room.



A car parking space is available directly in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: watching the harbour cinema from the sun terrace.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes, großzügiges Objekt. Ausstattung gehoben, Sauberkeit okay. Leider waren im Kinderzimmer beide Lattenroste der Betten kaputt und notdürftig repariert. Trotz Meldung am CheckIn Abend gab es keine Behebung bis zum CheckOut zwei Tage später. Ein Kind musste notgedrungen im Elternbett schlafen. Das ist für ein 5-Sterne Objekt absolut armseelig. Auch wenn Haustiere erlaubt und auch in den Nachbarhäusern reichlich vertreten sind gab es für Hunde fußläufig extrem wenig Möglichkeiten für eine Notdurft.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub. Die Lage ist super! Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht. Es war sauber. Da die Wohnung über zwei Badezimmer verfügt, ist der Urlaub zu viert, optimal gewesen! Die Sauna ist super! Wir haben uns selbst versorgt, deshalb fehlten mir persönlich, einige Küchenutensilien (gr. Schneidebrett, scharfe Messer und Müllbeutel). Ansonsten ist es eine Unterkunft, die wir sehr weiterempfehlen können.

Es hat uns sehr gut in der Wohnung gefallen,vor allem der Blick auf die Ostsee ist toll.Das Einchecken verlief völlig problemlos,der Brötchenservice ist super.Wir werden bestimmt nochmals diese Wohnung buchen, allerdings müssten in absehbarer Zeit die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden,da man immer in die ausgelegene Kuhle rollt

Durchgelegene Betten mit einem Gummi Spannbettlaken. Das Haus ist nicht sehr sauber, Staub und Spinnenweben, und die Bewohner, die das Haus davor gemietet haben, haben dreckiges Geschirr hinterlassen. Und die Müllentsorgung sollte wirklich überdacht werden.
