This extraordinary holiday property is located in the middle of the Baltic Sea, on a narrow spit of land between the Baltic Sea on one side and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz on the other.

The spacious holiday apartment is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift.



Situated above the things, it offers a spectacular view of the water through floor-to-ceiling window fronts, harbour cinema guaranteed. And while the south-facing terrace directly on the water promises sun all day long, the sauna, wood-burning stove and underfloor heating offer cosy comfort at any time of year. The glass windbreak ensures cosiness on the balcony even in puffy weather.



The open-plan living and dining area with its cosy seating area and large dining table invites you to linger in front of the crackling open fire. The panoramic waterfront offers holiday entertainment with ships sailing past.



The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals.



The fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower provides maritime wellness moments, as you can relax in the sauna with a view of the water.



A guest WC provides additional comfort.



A private car parking space and a bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.



The Sonnendeck holiday apartment is located on the second floor.



Our favourite place: enjoying the sun on the terrace, watching the harbour cinema and simply relaxing.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
