Amazing ship in Olpenitz with sauna

The new way to go on holiday. This very special holiday experience combines the adventure of a sailing trip surrounded by water with all the comforts of a luxurious holiday home on land.



In the far north, this floating holiday home is moored in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea.



Water as far as the eye can see. The breathtaking scenery can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, Baltic Sea and marina. The Baltic Sea is just a swimming ladder away and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is within walking distance. In the darker months of the year, underfloor heating and a sauna provide cosy comfort, as the wellness programme on board is a must. In addition to the harbour cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment programme and a PlayStation 4 provide entertainment.



The floating house extends over three levels. The open-plan living and dining area with all-round water views, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace is located on the upper floor. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture including a beach chair and lounge as well as a Weber electric barbecue, the terraces offer a pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets.



The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom boasts a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front through which you can enjoy the breathtaking water backdrop and an adjoining wrap-around terrace. Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds and have flat-screen TVs with home entertainment programmes.



Naturally, the view of the sea and the swans swimming past can also be enjoyed while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth.



If you are travelling with your boat, this is the right place for you. There is a private mooring with shore power and water right next to the house.



A private car parking space is located directly at the jetty.



Our favourite spot: Relax with a sundowner on the roof terrace and enjoy the sunset. Please be aware that this is a floating house and that noise can be caused by currents or waves.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
