Gorgeous apartment in Olpenitz

Just a few metres from the Weidefeld sandy beach and the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday apartment boasts a central location and upscale furnishings with a private wellness area, underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. Two sun terraces (one of which is covered) promise a marvellous view of the setting sun, while the green area around the house invites you to relax, play and linger.



The Baltic Sea, the Weidefeld sandy beach and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz are less than a 5-minute walk away. For wellness lovers there is an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy. A relaxing whirlpool tub also invites you to unwind after a long walk on the beach.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the extensively equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Directly adjacent to the dining area is the spacious south-east-facing sun terrace with two sun loungers. You can enjoy the sun from morning to night. A Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme is available in the living area. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, so you can surf the net at will.

The two bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds and offer a beautiful harbour view.



There is a private car park and bicycle shed in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: After a long day in the great outdoors, wind down in front of the fireplace. This is pure relaxation!



The holiday apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via an outside staircase.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar verschiedene Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten (Espressokocher, Filterkaffeezubereiter, Senseo). Die Umgebung lädt zu langen Spaziergängen in der wunderschönen Natur ein. In der Nähe sind einige nette Ortschaften gelegen, die mit dem Auto (sicherlich auch mit dem Fahrrad) gut erreichbar sind. Scheinbar gibt es auch eine Busanbindung.Der einzige Wermutstropfen für uns war, dass sich leider nicht alle Gäste an das Böllerverbot an Silvester gehalten haben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist von Milchschäumer bis Waschmaschine voll ausgestattet. Toll ist der große Balkon, der allerdings nicht auf die Ostsee ausgerichtet ist. Wasserblick hat man im Schlafzimmer (2. Reihe). Die Infrarotkabine ist sehr klein und eher für 1 Person geeignet. Die Badewanne hat einen sehr hohen Einstieg und leider keinen Haltegriffe, für Ältere oder Kinder eventuell ein Problem. Auf Grund des Neubaustatus‘ fehlen noch ein paar Dekoelemente. Die Häuser im Ferienpark stehen erfreulich weit auseinander. Allerdings fehlt hier noch die Begrünung, Hecken, Bäume… Insgesamt aber ein tolles Objekt!
