A warm welcome to our freshly and completely renovated apartment, Ferienwohnung Kolk, in Waldsassen! We have put a lot of heart and soul into the renovation to provide you with a modern, well-thought-out accommodation that is perfectly equipped for short or extended stays.

Whether you are arriving for a well-deserved vacation or looking for a comfortable "home away from home" as a team or work crew during a business assignment in the region – our apartment adapts flexibly to your needs.

Central Location & Convenience from the Start:
Our property is situated in an absolutely central location in Waldsassen. A major plus for a stress-free arrival: private parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, so even larger vehicles can be parked conveniently.

The Layout at a Glance:

In total, the apartment features 5 bedrooms and accommodates up to 7 people (divided into 3 comfortable single rooms and 2 spacious twin/double rooms).

For bookings of 1 to 5 guests: The entire, spacious ground floor is at your disposal. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen for convenient self-catering, as well as a large main bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The heart of the community is located in the basement area: a cozy living room awaits you here, which is perfect for winding down together after a long day. A separate guest toilet is also located in the basement.

For bookings of 6 to 7 guests: The accommodation expands to include an additional, cozy twin bedroom in the basement area, as well as a second guest toilet.

Thanks to the large main bathroom and a total of two separate guest toilets, even at full capacity, there is guaranteed to be no morning rush, allowing everyone to start their day right on time.
