The 120-square-meter apartment is located on the upper floor. The bedroom features a double bed, a large closet with a full-length mirror, and access to the balcony. There is a children’s room with a bunk bed (bottom: 140 x 200, top: 90 x 200), a closet, a desk, and a play area. The living room features a large sofa set, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. The apartment has a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and a washer-dryer is also available. Bed linens, towels, soap, an iron, and more are included as standard amenities. In the garden, you’ll find a barbecue area for cosy evenings, and for our younger guests, there’s a sandpit and a swing. Parking spaces in front of the house are included; a garage can be rented upon request. This spacious and cosy holiday rental, with its view of nature, invites you to relax, daydream, and linger. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and look forward to welcoming you in person soon. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Keys will be handed over on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Any applicable fees (mid-stay cleaning, washing machine/dryer) are included in the base price, along with towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc. A deposit of 100% of the total price is due by the 31st day prior to arrival. Payment is made by bank transfer.
