Welcome to our 4-star guesthouse. Located in the geographic centre of the Fichtelgebirge—in the small, tranquil town of Röslau—is our quiet, cosy, and lovingly furnished holiday home overlooking the Eger River. It’s the ideal starting point for a wide range of recreational activities or simply for relaxing and recharging. With 2,000 km of maintained hiking trails and well-groomed cross-country ski trails, Röslau is particularly appealing to active holidaymakers and nature lovers. Nearby are the “Zwölfgipfelblick” viewpoint and the Thusmühle. Cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy on the Eger Bike Trail. For relaxation, there are several thermal spas in the immediate vicinity. Culture lovers will also find plenty to enjoy at the various museums or at the Luisenburg Festival. In addition, we operate a small private hunting school nearby. This allows you to combine your family holiday with hunting. Hunting licence holders are also welcome in our 330-hectare small-game hunting area. After an eventful day, our holiday apartments are the ideal retreat to relax and unwind. The 120-square-meter apartment is located on the upper floor. The bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror, and access to the balcony. There is a children’s room with a bunk bed (bottom: 140 x 200; top: 90 x 200), a closet, a desk, and a play area. The living room features a large sofa set, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. The apartment has a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and a washer-dryer is also available. Bed linens, towels, soap, an iron, and more are included as standard amenities. In the garden, you’ll find a barbecue area for cosy evenings grilling, and for our younger guests, there’s a sandpit and a swing set. Parking spaces in front of the house are included; a garage can be rented upon request. This spacious and cosy holiday rental, with its view of nature, invites you to relax, daydream, and unwind. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and look forward to welcoming you in person soon. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Any applicable fees (mid-stay cleaning, washing machine/dryer) are included in the base price, along with towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc. A deposit equal to 100% of the total price is due by the 31st day prior to arrival. Payment is made by bank transfer.
