Welcome to the “Altes Forsthaus” in Laubusch. <br>The house was built between 1926 and 1929. Laubusch is considered a mining village and is known for its former coal mining operations and its briquette factory, which was built in the “Gartenstadt Erika” area. <br>The forest house in Laubusch is located in the heart of the Lusatian Lake District. Lake Geierswalde, Lake Senftenberg, Lake Partwitz, and many more are easily accessible by bike or car. <br>Not only the wooden house, but also the spacious garden with a pond and river, as well as the adjacent forest, allow you to get closer to nature.<br><br>The Accommodation<br><br>The holiday home spans 120 m² over two floors, which you’ll have all to yourselves, and features a 2,500 m² garden. The house offers four bedrooms, each with a double bed (1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor), a main bathroom with a large walk-in shower on the ground floor, and a small bathroom on the upper floor. The living-dining area features a large kitchen and a cosy corner sofa bed. The master bedroom has a comfortable 180-cm-wide double bed and, upon request, a cot with a changing table. The three bedrooms on the upper floor each have a 160-cm-wide double bed. All rooms are equipped with child-proof electrical sockets. The insect screens on the windows ensure a peaceful night’s sleep even in summer. The entryway is spacious, providing ample room to store suitcases, toys, and beach gear. <br>The natural garden offers plenty of space to relax and ensures complete privacy. Both the patio and the garden feature a seating area with a table and chairs. The garden also includes a Hollywood swing. <br>There’s also a barbecue area. <br>The kids will have a blast in the garden. From the patio, there’s a slide leading down into the garden. The playhouse has a climbing wall and a sandpit. Right next to it, there’s also a nest swing for the little ones. Additional play equipment is available in the garden. <br>The courtyard offers plenty of parking and space, even if you’re planning a holiday with another couple. If you bring your own bikes, you can park them in the courtyard.<br><br>The forest house is the perfect holiday destination for families, couples, or groups of friends. People seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers will especially enjoy their stay here. The staircase has a handrail along the wall for children, but no full fall protection. The bodies of water on the property are not fenced off.
