Ein schönes Feriendomizil, in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann. Verbesserungen wären wünschenswert: Eine weniger harte Matratze. Ich hatte das Gefühl, ich liege auf einem "Brett". Es ist Geschmackssache und jeder empfindet es anders. Standfestigkeit des Kleiderschranks wäre wünschenswert und dringend erforderlich, jedenfalls nach den von mir gemachten Erfahrungen.

Die Wohnung ist zwar frisch renoviert, aber nicht wirklich zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir konnten einen Blick in die wesentlich besser und zweckmäßiger ausgestattete gleich große Nachbarwohnung werfen, die zudem etwas preiswerter angeboten wird. So fehlt es sowohl im Bad wie in der Küche an Stauraum für mitgebrachte Utensilien oder Einkäufe, das nur 3fach vorhandene Frühstücksgeschirr reicht nicht zur Bestückung der Spülmaschine, das Mobiliar auf der Terrasse ist unbequem, der Tisch reicht nicht für ein Frühstück zu zweit im Freien aus, der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer ist nicht tief genug für die darin befindlichen Bügel, es gibt im Wohnzimmer keinen Sessel zur (Billig-)Couch und keinen Couchtisch, sondern nur eine geschlossene Truhe als Abstellmöglichkeit. Andererseits hätte auf unpraktische und zum Teil hinderlich herumstehende geschmäcklerische Dekoartikel gerne verzichtet werden können. WLAN funktionierte meist nicht. Die grundsätzlich angenehme Fußbodenheizung ließ sich nicht regulieren, so dass im Schlafzimmer durchgängig zu hohe Temperaturen herrschten, was durch Öffnen des Fensters wegen der Fahrgeräusche von der Straße und der Invasion von Stechmücken nicht auszugleichen war.

Bedingt durch Umstrukturierungen der Ferienwohnungsangebote hat man uns alternativ eine sehr ansprechende Unterkunft mit Terrasse und Garten angeboten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Abwicklung und der Unterkunft. Haben uns schon für nächstes Jahr vormerken lassen. Wir wünschen dem Litzkow-Team weiterhin viel Erfolg und freuen uns schon auf den Besuch im nächsten Jahr. G.A
