The bathroom features a bathtub and a shower, as well as a washing machine. The red sofa in the living room can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa if needed. A flight of stairs leads up to a hidden rooftop terrace with a built-in grill. It’s ideal for relaxing, recharging, and sunbathing. Of course, it’s also perfect for barbecue evenings featuring Franconian delicacies. The apartment has Wi-Fi. Parking is available at the house. Shopping options are within easy walking distance. Located in the heart of the Franconian Forest, with numerous opportunities for hiking and biking excursions. Hiking maps, recreational activities, and a calendar of events are available for you in the apartment. Bicycle and e-bike rentals are available in town. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site (or via a key safe). Pets are allowed at no extra charge.
