Property composed of main house and outbuilding 17 km from the centre of Säffle, 30 km from the centre of Åmål, 50 km from the centre of Karlstad, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 400 m from the lake. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees. Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 17 km, bus stop "Boda" 2 km, railway station "Säffle" 17 km, sandy beach "Nysäter" 12 km, indoor swimming pool 17 km. Fishing possibilities 1 km. No running water in the house.
"Boda Åsen Jaktstugan", 1-room house 14 m2. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table. Exit to the veranda. Kitchenette in the entrance (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the forest. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Kitchenette on the veranda. Drinking water from a faucet in approx. 40 m. Bathroom in separate hut in approx. 50 m.

Die Unterkunft war klein und g...
Die Unterkunft war klein und gemütlich, es war alles da was man brauchte. Nur die Kochplatte brauchte ewig bis mal etwas gar war. Toilette, Wasch– und Abwaschgelegenheit waren in Ordnung. Nichts luxeriöses,aber alles okay. Reisetipps: Wer die Einsamkeit und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Ich habe Elche und Wölfe gesehen, ein tolles Erlebnis. Seen sind in der Nähe.Hier kann man wunderbar entschleunigen.Alles in allem hat es mir hier sehr gut gefallen.
