Private: property 500 m2 with meadow. 8.5 km long narrow motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 8.5 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Costigliole di Saluzzo" 35 km, outdoor swimming pool 10.5 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. A perfect chalet!

The chalet is very comfortable, excellently situated, with a great view. The design is very well done, and very good materials were used for its equipment. There are very good hiking opportunities in the direct environment (go to the top of the Colle di Sampeyre if you prefer not to climb). But also the nearby Colle di Agnolle offers a large number of hiking routes. As an extra, the nearby rifugio Garneri (10 minutes walk, open daily, lunch and dinner) is a bonus. Andrea and Giorgia make a lovely couple and will make you feel at home. Don't forget to say 'hi' to dog Leo: he may be noisy. but is harmless. It is a chalet that we can recommend without the slightest hesitation!

Mitten in der Natur

Wir waren Anfang Oktober in dieser tollen Hütte. Zum Glück war es warm, so dass wir nur mit Kamin geheizt haben. Holz ist reichlich vorhanden. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Einzig ein Backofen fehlt. Die Zufahrt von Sampeyre dauert ca. 15 min. Von der Hütte aus kann man einige Wanderungen machen. Wer mehr möchte, erreicht mit dem Auto unzählige weitere Wandermöglichkeigen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Zeit mitten in der Natur genossen.

Urlaub zwischen Almwiesen und Skipisten

Das Haus liegt an einer engen Passstraße zwischen Wiesen und Wald. Die Infrastruktur basiert auf einem kleinen Skigebiet. Die Lage ist wunderschön, wenn man den Aufwand des Fahrens (15-20 Minuten enger Serpentinen bis in den Talort) nicht scheut. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und lässt kaum Wünsche offen.

sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Chalet

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen, bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt allerdings keinen Backofen, in der Mikrowelle drehte der Teller nicht mit. Wir waren in der Nebensaison im Oktober zu Besuch und haben besonders den Kamin genossen. Zu beachten sind die recht hohen Heizkosten. Der Vermieter rechnete 2021 pro m³ Gas 4,80€ ab, was letztlich zu fast 100 Euro Heizkosten für eine Woche führte. Diese sollte man also bei der Urlaubsplanung berücksichtigen.

Urlaub auf der Alm

Das gut ausgestattete Haus liegt an einer kleinen Passstraße, die ein Skigebiet anbindet. Die Fahrt in den Talort dauert 15-20 Minuten. Einige weitere Hütten und kleinere Gehöfte befinden sich um Umfeld. Die Straße wird von Touristen und Einheimischen befahren. Am Wochenende ist der Verkehr etwas stärker, wurde von uns aber nicht als störend empfunden. Wir haben die relative Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Pace per ritrovare se stessi

La baita è situata in un luogo incantevole, immersa nella natura (dietro il bosco, davanti prati fioriti). È tuttavia comoda da raggiungere in un quarto d'ora con l'auto da Sampeyre. Poco più in alto, sempre lungo la strada asfaltata, si trova il rifugio Meira Garneri, punto d'appoggio per qualche pranzo e per scambiare quattro chiacchiere con i gestori, molto cordiali e disponibili a soddisfare qualunque necessità. Ideale per una vacanza rigenerante

immer wieder schön....

Wir , Familie mit 2 Teenagern, waren zum 4. Mal in diesem Haus. Uns gefällt die Lage, oben am Berg mit Sonnenaufgang und Kuhglocken. Bei den Bauern in der Nähe bekommt man frische Milch und Käse. Das Haus selbst ist mit dem Notwendigsten, aber dennoch nett, eingerichtet. Wir machen immer wieder viele Wanderungen im Valle Varaita, Val Bellino und Valle Maira. Es ist immer wieder ein schöner , erholsamer Urlaub.

Bei Übergabe etwas staubig abe...

Bei Übergabe etwas staubig aber ansonsten sehr neuwertig und gemütlich. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Benutzung des Pools in der Hotelanlage war für unsere Kinder top. Ein Grill ist leider nur rudimentär vorhanden, da mit Steinen und Grillrost am Boden realisiert. Das heisst viel Handarbeit bis die Glut ok ist.

Wunderschönes Chalet hoch oben...

Wunderschönes Chalet hoch oben im Varaitatal. Tagsüber kommen noch einige Touristen mit Auto, Fahrrad oder zu Fuß die nahe Passstraße zum Col di Sympeyre hoch, ab spätem Nachmittag ist man ganz für sich, hört ein paar Kuhglocken (im Sommer), die Vögel und sonst nichts.Die Küche ist einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wer wie wir gerne selber kocht, sollte sich ein paar scharfe Messer und ein Schneidebrett mitbringen. Reisetipps: Wer gerne wandert ist hier goldrichtig. Manche Wege sind aufgrund geringer Nutzung schon gut zugewachsen (lange Hose!), die häufiger frequentierten Routen sind alle gut erreich– und begehbar. Auch anspruchsvolle Radtouren mit vielen Pässen sind gut möglich. Das Varaitatal ist für alle empfehlenswert, die außerhalb des Mainstream etwas Ruhigeres suchen.EInkaufsempfehlung: Bäcker mit Eisdiele in Sampeyre!
