Cosy timber house "Fietz". 1 km from the centre of Nienkattbek, 6 km from the centre of Jevenstedt, 12 km from the centre of Rendsburg, 50 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "Eckernförde" 41 km, bathing lake 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, fishing possibilities 50 m.
5-room house 130 m2. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Living/dining room with winter garden with Scandinavian wood stove and dining table. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 small rooms, each room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, sauna, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 4 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.
