Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service.
"Erikstorp 144", 3-room house 88 m2. Object suitable for 6 adults. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, Sauna. Electric heating. Wooden floors. View of the lake. Please note: non-smokers only. Freezer approx. 100 l. Only allowed to use the owners wood for the fireplace.

schönes Haus direkt am See gelegen (Ruderboot inkl.); nächster Nachbar weit weg; sehr ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Eine Kleinigkeit wäre noch wünschenswert: ein Sonnenschirm wäre toll.

mooi en goed gelegen huisje: echt Zweden

De kwaliteit van dit huisje en de ligging zijn prima en het gesloten balkonterras zeer praktisch. Buiten baltsen de kraanvogels. Maar het moet toch simpel zijn om de (te) vele irriterende ongemakken uit de wereld te helpen. Bijvoorbeeld: WiFi werkte niet, horren zijn versleten, douchekop kapot len de verlichting (vooral van de keukensectie) is ronduit slecht. Laat de eigenaar zelf een dag in zijn huis verblijven. De dagelijkse beheerder was zeer behulpzaam maar aan hem lag het blijkbaar niet.

Blekinge

Is goed bevallen, alleen jammer dat de vloertegels in het woongedeelte niet vloer liggen en dat de douchecabine aan de krappe kant is. Bijzonder prettig is de veranda, ook dat de ramen goed open kunnen.
