For shared use: property 12'000 m2 with meadow. Children's playground (swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the complex: WiFi, table tennis, trampoline. Parking. Supermarket 13 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Verchen Gemeinde" 750 m, railway station "Demmin" 14 km, sandy beach "Kummerower See" 100 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example.
4-room house 135 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Bath/WC. Electric heating, underfloor heating. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Backyard is fenced.

Familienurlaub Kleinkinder

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Ferienanlage. Perfekt für kleine aber auch größere Kinder. Auch die Begrüßung vor Ort sehr nett und immer jemand anwesend wenn man eine Frage hatte oder ein Fahrrad usw. ausleihen wollte. Preise auch Top. Die Häuser sind sehr gut gelegen, kurzer Weg zum schönen Spielplatz und auch zum See. Dieser hat einen schönen Sand/Wiese Strand und gerade mit kleinen Kindern perfekt da der See Meter weit sehr flach bleibt bevor er tiefer wird. Der Strand war auch nie überlaufen.

Gute Lage, Instandhaltung nötig, WLAN instabil

Ruhig gelegen, nahe am Wasser, Ausstattung gut. WLAN (Eine Fritzbox für mehrere Häuser mit Repeatern) häufig sehr instabil. Einige Regenfallrohre waren nicht angeschlossen. Dachrinnen verstopft bzw. defekt. Gehwegplatten im Eingangsbereich und auf der Terrasse schief und sehr uneben (Stolperfalle). Das Bild ist nur exemplarisch und zeigt nicht unbedingt das eigentliche Ferienhaus.
