For shared use: property 600 m2 with lawn, swimming pool angular (35 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 02.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 300 m, bus stop 750 m, sandy beach 180 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Airfield 35 km from the property.
