In the district of Sabbiadoro 1.2 km from the centre of Lignano-Sabbiadoro, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, 400 m from the sea. For shared use: property 5'900 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 19.May. - 27.Sep.). Children's pool, terrace.
