As the owner does not smoke, he is very surprised and cannot explain this, possibly it could have come from a neighbouring property. It is unfortunate that we were not made aware of it during your stay, as we always ask guests to reach out to the keyholder immediately with any concerns so they can be resolved straight away.

Herbsturlaub mit viel Sonne und Bewegung

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Von der Wohnung mit Sonnenterasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den kleinen Mutzkopf und die Berge im oberen Inntal. Vom Haus aus lassen sich sehr schöne Wanderungen starten. Der Schmalzkopf ist in einer Tagestour gut zu schaffen. Der Reschensee und Südtirol sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten in der schönen Bergregion rund um Nauders.

Sehr nette Gastleute

Die Ferienwohnung, war sehr schön und gemütlich  Herr und Frau S.sind nette sympathische Gastleute . Es war ruhig und gemütlich , sehr gut um von Alltagsstress zu erholen . Unser Hund ein Retriever war auch sofort Freund mit ihnen . Alles im allem ein gelungener schöner Urlaub bei netten Gastgeber mit schöner Ferienwohnung Einfach 100% zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt für mich, sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Mein Hund hat den kleinen Garten genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht sind nicht zu toppen!

Die Wohnung mit dem kleinen Garten war ideal für mich und meinen Hund. Sie hat alles was es braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage mit einer spektakulären Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für uns die perfekte Wohnung

Wir waren überaus zufrieden mit "unserer" Wohnung im Hause Steinwender. Es ist alles Nötige da, nicht hypermodern, aber wir mögen es so. Trotz der Hitze hatten wir es immer angenehm kühl, weil die Wohnung in den Hang gebaut ist. Unser Hund hat den Mikrogarten sehr geschätzt. Wenn wir eine Empfehlung an unsere liebe Gastgeberin aussprechen dürften, würden wir uns für unseren (auf jeden Fall) nächsten Aufenthalt unbedingt einen Fliegenschutz vor der Terrassentür wünschen (wegen der Kühe).

Prachtig uitzicht

Het appartement is klein maar alles wat nodig is is aanwezig. Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en hebben er genoten. Lieve gastvrouw,schoon appartement,mooi uitzicht en veel mooie wandelingen in de omgeving gemaakt. Voor 4 volwassenen zou ik dit te klein vinden,behalve als je er allleen maar slaapt dan kan het prima.

Die Unterkunft war okay aber mehr auch nicht. Die Küche könnte mehr Geschirr vertragen und auch eins der Backbleche passt nicht in den Ofen. Die Badezimmer waren in Ordnung. Die Ferienwohnng hat keine Tür zwischen Flur/Küche und dem zweiten Wohn-Schlafzimmer. Die Wirtin war freundlich und bemüht.

Restrictions pour les chiens et accès

Nous avons loué un rez-de-chaussée avec jardin pour notre chien et nous. Or, il y avait un escalier très raide pour descendre à l'appartement ce qui n'apparaissait pas dans le descriptif ni les photos. De plus la propriétaire nous a immédiatement indiqué que le chien ne pouvait pas faire son "pipi" dans le jardin.

Diese nette, kleine Ferienwohnung in toller Lage in Nauders war ideal für uns als Paar mit Hund. Der kleine, eingezäunte Garten ist über Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer direkt erreichbar, super um draußen mit dem Hund zu sitzen und die tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Prima woning op loopafstand centrum, alleen wel de weg er naar toe is stijl en smal, dus met veel sneeuw echt sneeuwkettingen nodig.

Sehr saubere und ordentliche W...

Sehr saubere und ordentliche Wohnung und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Leider heißt Erdgeschoss in diesem Fall nicht ebenerdig, sondern Souterrain. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters macht diesen kleinen Mangel jedoch tausendfach wett. Wir würden gerne und jederzeit wieder diese FeWo buchen!!! Reisetipps: Traumhafte Landschaft, schnuckeliger Urlaubsort, geringe Entfernung zu vielen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Schweiz und in Italien. Toplage sozusagen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!

Das Haus in Hanglage verfügt über insgesamt 3 Etagen. Die beiden oberen Etagen werden von den Vermietern bewohnt, die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und verfügt &# 252;ber 2 ebenerdige Zimmer mit Terrassenausgang.
