House "Gaugg", detached. In the resort St. Leonhard, 17 km from the centre of Wenns, 28 km from the centre of Imst. Private: patio, garden furniture, fireplace. In the house: lounge, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 15 km, bus stop 20 m, railway station "Öztal Bahnhof" 33 km. Mountain railway 15 m, ski lift 15 km, ski bus stop 20 m, cross country ski track 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Gaugg", 11-room house 280 m2 on 3 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, dining nook and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds, shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Small kitchen (6 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, grill, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Walk-through room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 1 bunk beds, shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Walk-through room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Genuss Ferien

Wunderbare Unterkunft, für unsere Zwecke super geeignet, Skibus vor dem Haus, alles wie versprochen, (es braucht ein paar Stunden Liebe um alles wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen) ist aber auch dem Vermieter bekannt. Trotzdem würden wir es sofort wieder mieten. Danke.

In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft

Leider waren die Herrschaften vor Ort nicht sonderlich kooperativ nachdem einige Punkte angesprochen wurden. Seit einem Jahr steht das Haus leer. Es wäre längst an der Zeit eine Renovierung vorzunehmen. Defekte Steckdosen, unreine Fußböden und was nicht in Ordnung ist, das man Haare von den Vormietern im Bett findet. Leider wollte sich der Vermieter nicht der Sache annehmen. Im Gegenteil er reagierte gereizt und unsachlich auf die Tatsachen. Schade das man solch eine Bewertung schreiben muss.

Super freundlicher Kontakt

Das Haus ist super für Gruppen aufgeteilt. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Wc und Dusche, was echt super ist. Kleines Manko sind die Türen die eventuelle mal ein paar Reparaturen bräuchten, das diese leichter zu öffnen und zu schließen sind. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern im Hotel neben an war sehr gut. Sie waren sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hatten gute Ideen was die Umgebung alles zu bieten hat.

Vorweg: Wir hatten ursprünglich Südtirol geplant. Auf Grund der Entwicklungen (Corona) haben wir am Abreisetag noch ins Pitztal umgebucht. Es begann morgens um 10.00 Uhr und war um 22.00 Uhr in Sack und Tüten. Ein riesiges DANKESCHÖN dafür an Frau K. von Interchalet. So konnten wir unseren Urlaub im Pitztal dann auch bis zum letzten Tag genießen. Jetzt zum Haus: Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir konnten früher ins Haus. Gemütliches Haus, etwas angestaubt, aber mit Charme!!

Gut gelegenen Haus

Die Lage das Haus ist gut, die Hauptstrasse stört nicht. Ein Schlittenhang und die Langlaufloipe liegen direkt hinter dem Haus, die Skigebiete sind sehr gut. Der Aufenthaltsraum wäre für 28 Erwachsene zu klein, für Familiengruppen mit Kindern ist er aber ausreichend. Die Küche ist klein aber funktionell, wir hatten damit kein Problem. Kühlschränke sind ausreichend (3) vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein (schmutziger Ofen + Mikro, Zahnpastareste im Bad, alte Wurst im Kühlschrank).
